- Customer care exchanges are stored for 6 years from the date of communication.
- Customer care records, related data, and imprecise location of download/purchase are kept for 5 years to support safety efforts, enforce decisions, protect our rights, and assist in defense against claims.
- Information on past accounts and subscriptions is retained for 3 years after account closure to support financial forecasting and reporting accuracy.
- Profile data is kept for one year to prepare for potential litigation and to support legal claims.
- Data necessary to prevent banned members from creating new accounts is retained as long as needed to protect the safety and vital interests of our members.
