💬 1. Show Up With Care

Every interaction matters. Whether it's a first message or a final goodbye, treat people with respect.

• No ghosting. Ever. Say goodbye with clarity and kindness.
• No vague one-word replies. People deserve effort.
• No passive-aggression, game-playing, or manipulation.
• Engage genuinely, and aim for real connection.

You don't have to click with everyone, but everyone deserves to be treated well.

💡 2. Be Honest, Even When It's Hard

Dating without honesty is just performance.

• Be clear about your intentions, your availability, and your interest.
• Not ready to date right now? That's okay, come back when you're ready.

🚫 5. Zero Tolerance for Harm

We have zero tolerance for:

• Harassment, abuse, or hate of any kind
• Discrimination based on gender, race, sexuality, or identity
• Sexual pressure, coercion, or manipulation
• Aggressive or unsafe behavior, on or offline

Child Safety: Penguin is strictly an 18+ platform. We have absolute zero tolerance for any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This includes grooming, solicitation, sharing of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any predatory behavior toward minors. Violations will result in immediate and permanent removal from the platform, and will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement.
